✨ Druga Ekskluzivna istarska večera u organizaciji Arene Hospitality Group i AZRRI - Agencija za ruralni razvoj Istre još je jednom spojila vrhunsku gastronomiju, autohtone istarske proizvode i suvremeni kulinarski izričaj. U predivnom ambijentu Sophia restorana, gosti su uživali u pet sljedova posvećenih mladoj istarskoj janjetini, jednoj od najcjenjenijih namirnica regije. Chef Zdravko Tomšić i slastičar Robert Perić oduševili su svojim interpretacijama koje su Istru prikazale kroz okus, miris i emociju. 🍽️

Večer su dodatno obogatila vina Agrolaguna, ekstra djevičanska maslinova ulja Oio Vivo i aperitivi Damijanić Distillery, koji su upotpunili ovu jedinstvenu gastro priču. 🍷🌿
