Libeccio - a touch of the Mediterranean on each plate

The Rivalmare Boutique Hotel's restaurant Libeccio offers its guests an eno-gourmet experience, blending the Mediterranean cuisine with the top wine card of Istria. It got its name after a dry and warm wind Libeccio which comes from the sea and blows across the Adriatic after the southern wind "jugo". A careful choice of best quality seasonal

and local produce and a chef's innovative interpretation create an extraordinary combination of tastes, aromas and colours. Pastel colours and designer furniture dominate the modern restaurant interior, while its walls are adorned with the oil paintings of renowned artists. The atmosphere is magic: the sea just a few steps away and your senses eager to indulge in the experience.
