Some people don’t just work in a place. They become part of it. Lela has been one of the faces and hearts of Triton for years. Generations of guests have been welcomed by the same smile.

And somehow, she remembers everyone.

How you drink your coffee.
Which table you like.
What time you usually arrive.

Many return years later and she still remembers.

Carnival parades, football celebrations, summer chaos, winter locals, Christmas hugs… Triton has never only been a summer place. It lives all year round.
