We have a theory: mornings are better with a fried egg involved.

Not a groundbreaking discovery, we know. But put one on crispy toast, next to baked beans and pancetta, or pair it with Nutella, berries and jam, and suddenly breakfast feels like a pretty good idea.

For the ones who like it hearty, there’s HEARTY BEANS: baked beans, crispy pancetta, toasted bread and two fried eggs doing exactly what they should.

And then there’s RISE & DINE. Same fried eggs, completely different mood. Nutella, jam, fresh berries, walnuts, butter and toasted bread. Sweet, messy and a little unexpected.

What’s the saying?
Have fun. Live a little.

Sounds good.

But we’ve never really been very good at doing things halfway.

So laugh until your cheeks hurt. Stay for the song you almost missed. Get caught in a conversation with someone you just met. Let the night take its own sweet time. Forget about tomorrow for a couple of hours. There’s plenty of time to be sensible later.

So go on. Live a little.
Or better yet, live a lot.
