After allot of time & consideration, I have decided that it is time to take my other company Sweet Occasions www.sweetoccasionsbanff.com to the NEXT LEVEL!!! We will be opening several different offices before the end of 2015. As a result I certainly have allot of work ahead of me.
As I will be cooped up in front of a computer in Utila for the foreseeable future, I regrettably will not be opening Offshore Utila. This was a VERY difficult decision for me as I loved Offshore. The support this wonderful community of Utila brought me so much happiness and educating my guests about how to choose Sustainable Seafood was so fulfilling. Thank you to everyone for their amazing support, I could not have been so successful without you!
As I move forward with this new journey in life, I am grateful to have a wonderful group of friends around me to support me as they always have! Thank you to everyone by my side, I love each of you

Notice, Offshore will be closed until Aug 18th as I have headed back to the USA & CANADA to bring my puppy back and celebrate the marriage of my wonderful brother!! We will be back, stay tuned for more delicious sustainable cuisine!!!!!
