Tipsy Tap一直致力於推廣精釀啤酒文化，從最初引入國外知名酒廠的優質酒款，到最近精心搜羅的高品質國產啤酒，讓精釀愛好者得以品嚐到來自不同地區的獨特風味。

六年來，Tipsy Tap見證了無數歡聚時刻與美好回憶。然而，天下無不散之筵席。在當前嚴峻的經濟環境下，我們不得不忍痛宣佈，Tipsy Tap 門店將於9月7日正式畢業。

星期六开始畢業倒數期間，全場將提供8.18折優惠，涵蓋所有食物、飲品、瓶裝啤酒及外賣，旨在清空庫存。同時，我們將會送岀Tipsy Tap杯具存貨作為紀念品。

雖然Tipsy Tap即將謝幕，但我們期望未來某一天，能與各位酒友再度相聚，共同舉杯暢飲。再次感謝大家一路以來的支持與陪伴！有機會的話，光臨深圳rare bubbles延續專業精釀啤酒文化！

Tipsy Tap has been dedicated to promoting the craft beer culture, from initially introducing high-quality beers from renowned foreign breweries to recently curating high-quality Chinese domestic brews, allowing craft beer enthusiasts to savor unique flavors from different regions.

Over the past six years, Tipsy Tap has witnessed countless moments of joy and wonderful memories. However, as all good things must come to an end, we regret to announce that Tipsy Tap will officially close its doors after September 7th due to the current challenging economic environment.

Starting from Saturday, during our farewell countdown period, we will offer a 18% discount on all food, drinks, bottled beers, and takeaways to clear out inventory. Additionally, we will be giving away Tipsy Tap glassware as souvenirs.

Although Tipsy Tap is nearing its end, we hope to reunite with all of you again someday to share a toast. Thank you once again for your support and companionship along the way! If you have the chance, visit Rare Bubbles in Shenzhen to continue enjoying the craft beer culture!

一些遲來的相片📸和一些小公告📰

當晚太醉了🍻，只能睇相找記憶。我地非常感激大家嘅支持同關心，見返好多熟悉嘅面孔，係高興嘅，希望大家都有一個愉快嘅晚上。

當晚最多人關心我地嘅問題係：“幾時Last Day？”其實連我地自己暫時都無實在嘅答案🤦‍♂️。撇開現實嘅合約問題，如果 Tipsy Tap 能夠繼續維持落去，我們一定會盡力堅持營運。我們都希望可以努力延遲呢個“Last Day”嘅到來。

接下來嘅日子，為左迎合更多不同口味嘅人，Tipsy Tap 將會進行一些小改動。另外因為人手一直短缺同營運成本考量，從七月起，每週六將改為四點開始營業，週日休息一天，敬請大家理解。如果有人有興趣兼職甚至全職，歡迎直接聯繫小虎詳談。

另外屋漏一定兼逢連夜雨🤦‍♂️，由於維修工程關係，廚房將由下星期一暫停三日到星期三（七月8-10日）敬請留意。

歡樂嘅時光過得特別快, 眨下眼Tipsy Tap 已經六歲! 呢6年嚟, 呢個地方比咗好多回憶大家, 亦都好開心因為呢個地方, 認識到好多唔同酒友。 雖然我地同大部分人一樣, 6年嚟每一年都有新嘅挑戰, 但係我地每一年都懷住希望同自己講明年就會更好, 就係咁唔經唔覺由初級難度撐到地獄級, 咁就撐左6年。6年時間話長唔長話短唔短, 好彩喺呢6年嚟一直有大家嘅支持,令到我地有動力挨過每個難關, 不過可惜天下無不散之筵席, Tipsy Tap 可能要喺呢度同大家講再見了。

呢段日子Tipsy Tap 嘅每一個人都好努力, 希望可以喺呢個艱難時期生存落去, 但係大環境嘅野唔係我地可以改變得到, 如果有能力我地都好想同大家一齊睇到經濟變返好嘅日子, 可惜等待嘅成本實在太高, 我地迫不得以要忍痛做決定。嚟緊6月22日會係Tipsy Tap 6周年Party, 亦都應該係我地最後一個周年Party, 希望大家到時可以過嚟陪我地飲到天光。

In the blink of an eye, Tipsy Tap is already six years old! Over these years, this place has given us many memories and introduced us to many new friends. Despite facing new challenges every year, we've always held onto hope, believing each year would be better than the last. Thanks to your support, we've managed to keep going.

However, all good things must come to an end. Tipsy Tap may have to say goodbye soon. Despite our team's hard work, the current economic situation is beyond our control. If we could, we'd love to see better days with you, but the cost of waiting is too high. We're forced to make a difficult decision.

Our 6th-anniversary party on June 22nd will likely be our last. We hope you can join us for one final celebration.

由TGB 同Other Half 合釀嘅HDHC Broccoli Special Reserve - Freaky Friday. 兩個大廠交換receipe 釀造嘅DDH Double IPA, 非常Hoppy 同Hazy, 啖淡熱帶水果味但又唔會甜, 香噴噴真係堅好飲, 唔好等, 收工就過嚟整返杯啦

Imperial Walnut cookie Break From Eviltwin Brewing NYC x Jing A!!!
This big beijing pastry stout is a collaboration between Jing A and Evil Twin Brewing from New York. A riff on their world-renowned Imperial Biscotti Break, Jing A showed Jeppe how to give this beer a local twist by loading up the 8-malt mash with Beijing's favorite walnut cookies - HeTaoSu! Rich flavors of chocolate and a full bodied sweetness are supported with notes of walnut, coffee and vanilla as a result of large additions post-fermentation
