Friends from Wines of South Africa (WOSA) have enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Sushi Ta-ke on Saturday during the Guest Chef Sugiyama-san visited Hong Kong!

He actually loved the wines and thinks the dishes are paired with Boschendal Brut Rose NV, Boschendal Elgin Series Chardonnay 2011 perfectly.

Both wines are on BY THE GLASS promotion. Don't miss it!
