This pizza comes with a warning: the chillies are real. Hutong’s Kung Pao sauce coats juicy prawns, roasted bell peppers, and sweet purple onions across bubbling mozzarella. Crushed peanuts snap under your teeth while whole dried red chillies sit proudly on top. The heat builds slowly and then hits all at once.

First rule of the Chorizo pizza: crush the chips.

Spanish chorizo and chilli bring the heat, cherry tomatoes add their sweet pop, and creamy stracciatella cools things down just enough. A handful of potato chips lands on top for that loud, salty crunch. Go ahead and sprinkle them into the slice before the first bite. Black garlic and basil round things out with deep savoury notes. From 30 floors up in Tsim Sha Tsui, we’re proud to be named among the Asia-Pacific’s top pizzerias for the second year in a row, landing at 43 on the 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific 2026 list.

We’re also thrilled to have captured the “One to Watch 2026 – Monte Bussan Award,” recognising Vesu as a rising star in the region’s pizza scene. Having been open for less than two years, this double recognition means a great deal to us and reflects the passion and creativity that drives our team every day.

A heartfelt thank you to our guests, our team, and everyone who’s shared a slice, a laugh, or a toast with us — this recognition is yours as much as it is ours. Here’s to more pizza, more moments, and more milestones together.
