Mrs. Pound has a lustrous career as a burlesque dancer, with a charismatic charm and exotic features that brought fame and admiration from anyone who saw her. She traveled the world on the arms of different suitors and experienced flavours from across the globe, but at the height of her popularity mysteriously disappeared from the public eye

. Rumour has it she had run away with Mr. Ming, a conservative, reserved, and wealthy gentleman from Hong Kong, but Mrs. Pound isn't the type to settle down. With a recent trip to Paris, she discovered a newfound love led by her new beau, Lee-san, who helped her in a moment of despair. The details, only Lee-san and Mrs. Pound know... Lee-san took Mrs. Pound to the bridge of love where he gave her a lock with their initials entwined and threw the key away to symbolise their unbreakable bond. Pound and Lee-san revamped Mrs. Pound's shop with a menu inspired by her worldly travels with her handsome beau and built her own love shrine where lovers can buy locks from the store-front to write a message and showcase it at Mrs. Pound's entrance amongst many who have indulged in the act of "an unbreakable bond".
