「賽馬會青躍青少女同行計劃」X The Greedy Loft
西式料理體驗班
2019年11月份青躍帶同一班青少女到訪觀塘工廈一間西式餐廳The Greedy Loft，體驗了「西式料理」的文化。特別鳴謝The Greedy Loft的負責人Eric提供了一個舒適的場地，也跟我們講解了很多有關西餐的文化和知識。Eric亦我地預備左各樣既用具，讓參加者一邊睇住Eric既親身示範一邊嘗試西餐招待的技巧。在過程中， Eric向大家分享了很多經營時所見所聞，與參加者互相交流心得。很多參加者表示很想再參與Eric的體驗班，以下亦有The Greedy Loft的負責人Eric的分享。如果大家有興趣想參加下一次的西式料理體驗班，請留意我們Instagram 同Facebook。
“The Jockey Club Teen’s Key “Walk with Girls” Project X The Greedy Loft
A few months ago, Teen’s Key visited a warehouse bar in a commercial building of Kwun Tong with our girls. We are grateful that Eric, the person-in-charge of The Greedy Loft provided a pleasant venue for us. He also kindly shared lots of wine culture and knowledge to our girls. Eric also taught some professional serving skills. At the same time, girls could also try to serve each other as an experience. Our girls had a great night with the sharing of Eric. Finally, here is the feedback from Eric after the first workshop.
