A Modern Isaan Thai cuisine, with the five taste of senses and textures to compliment , the vibrant colors and flavors of recipes gathered from Northern Thailand are only matched only by the uniquely designed al fresco space. The natural taste explosions of Thai tapas, for cocktail parties, under the sky while you enjoy some of the best views or most tranquil dining that the island has to offer. Here at Coconuts Thai, we follow traditional Isaan ways of cooking on grilled on embers , stewed or simply mixed (as in salads) with lots of herbs using organic and natural ingredients . Kindly note that the recipes we use are authentic: if you are not accustomed to spicy food it can still be a delicious experience . Traditional Isaan cooking, employing less oil or coconut milk is lower in fat content and consequently considered to be healthier than , say, that of central Thailand. Isaan tradition requires that plates of fresh herbs and organic vegetables are served at every sitting.. Big Joints BBQ . Lychee Wood and Coconut husk firing the embers . Simply delicious ,, Our main feature at CocoNuts as to be the BBQ Parties . The hand crafted broiler is 1.2 long 2 meters high which allows us to grill/roast the best and biggest joint accompanied by delicious Isaan Salads and Dips . Coconuts is open for whole day from 11am till 11pm
