Inspired by a traditional Venetian "Bacaro" a Casual dining concept from the 15th century, The restaurant offers Cicheti: Bite-sized expressions of the Venetian culinary landscape. SEPA is proud to have 'Giamaica Santos Afribon' coffee. To serve this special artisanal coffee, SEPA had to agree to only use an original Faema E61 from 1961, which is considered to be one of the best coffee machines ever produced!
