Take a look at these 2 beautiful Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels that will be housing our celebration brew, BREW NOW. DRINK LATER, for the next 3 - 12 months The ageing process will add flavours of oak🪵, sweet spices and toast to our celebration brew that will blend right into its base that’s already caramel-ly, spicy, acetic, cherry-like🍒 and plummy. 😋

鼎承住BREW NOW. DRINK LATER.嘅精髓，我哋特意揀咗兩個Heaven Hill 美國波本威士忌桶用嚟陳釀我哋嘅sour red。除咗本身以紅果🍒為主，帶有清爽酸度同埋焦糖味嘅味道，木桶陳釀能夠提升啤酒嘅複雜度，令啤酒帶上木桶🪵、雲呢拿🌱、香料等等回韻。聽到都知道正啦！🥰

It’s going to a bold barrel aged red sour that will carry HK Brewcraft to another great year.
