Inspired by the vibrant contrasts of day and night in Mexico, these two cocktails featuring transport you to the heart of Mexico at Liberty Exchange.

Mañana ☀️- pays homage to the energy and freshness of the day. Don Julio Blanco, with its crisp and clean profile, forms the foundation of this cocktail. The addition of horchata and orgeat brings creamy and nutty sweetness, while the cotton candy foam adds a whimsical touch reminiscent of morning clouds. ($128/glass)

Noche 🌙 - encapsulates the allure and mystery of the night. Don Julio Reposado, aged to perfection, takes center stage, lending its smooth and refined character, joined by Cynar, fig, and Peychaud for depth and intrigue. ($168/glass)
