Happy Paradise is a modern Chinese bistro by May Chow serving share plates inspired by Hong Kong culture and local ingredients. NEO-CHINESE FOOD
Award-winning Chef May Chow and Executive Chef John Javier serve up an exciting neo-Chinese food menu best enjoyed for dinner, bar snacks or late night grub. The food is inspired by the diverse flavors of regional Chinese cuisine with distinctive flair,

a sense of fun and technique, but without losing the integrity of Chinese food flavors and philosophy. There is a full restaurant dinner menu that features snacks, small share plates, large share plates and dessert and we also feature a short late night menu. DRINKS
Under the helm of head bartender Chanel Adams, our artisanal cocktails are Chinese-influenced and are organized into three categories: easy, adventurous and crazy. Our cocktail list features smashable Chinese-inspired signature drinks as well as classic cocktails with a delicious local twist. Our crazy section uses bold Chinese ingredients and flavor combinations, for those seeking for a thrilling experience.

Yellow Wine Chicken

Inspired by the traditional Hakka dish, the Three Yellow Chicken is gently poached in shiitake broth, then laid atop a bed of oyster mushroom fried rice cooked in chrysanthemum butter. Incredibly tender and fragrant. There's no doubt why this has always been one of our signatures.
