Maison ES is proud to introduce our new ร  la carte menu, a refined Canto-French Dining Philosophy inspired by nostalgic Hong Kong and French technique. A few dishes reflect Cantonese inspirations, while the menu as a whole explores many more layers of flavor and technique.

Inspired by the soft colours and petal-shaped elegance of โ€™s new Flower Collection, Maison ES presents a limited-time collaboration menu blooming with Canto-French imagination โ€” bringing together artistry, warmth and the beauty of flavours in full bloom.

Beginning with Steamed Alaskan King Crab, served with uni, cauliflower cream, French chicken oil and Shaoxing wine whey sauce, the menu opens with delicate ocean sweetness and a nostalgic Hong Kong touch.

The experience continues with our Signature Wagyu Wellington, paired with โ€œChu Houโ€ beef stew, tendon puffs, daikon, baby Chinese broccoli and Savora jus โ€” where French technique meets the warmth of familiar Cantonese flavours.
