Who/What is Edition? The name Edition stands for the first edition. We are the first Soju based cocktail bar in Hong Kong. Edition is the place to kickback, have some great food, enjoy the Soju cocktails and house infused Soju. Our food is inspired by the Korean culture. The passion for food and especially Korean food is the essence of our creations.
