Pezzi Bistro於2013年底開業，主打傳統與創意兼備的意大利美食，餐廳名字Pezzi Bistro意思是精緻的小館子。為打破傳統意式餐廳及扒房的設計，Pezzi Bistro以美國工業式Loft為設計風格，運用了水泥及磚塊牆身帶出原始的工業感覺，綴以不同的重金屬、鋼材及鎢絲吊燈等，別具一格。為配合活化工廈的新議題，設計師特地保留一道牆身擺放藝術掛畫，讓顧客猶如走進工廈中的藝術館，將原本冷冰冰的工業設計添上姿彩。設計師更巧妙地運用玻璃門設計，將室內及戶外的空間連成一體，營造偌大的空間感。
