#299 in this truly global ranking and our first year to be included is so very meaningful to us.

Not based on a few judges voting for their friends and making individual decision based on their likes, but a list that includes data from thousands of sources, where everyone’s opinion counts, created by the people, for the people and the contribution of real guests.

This is one of the most relevant bar rankings in the world and we are so very grateful for the Top 500 Bar team that puts it all together.

九龍製造 | 第二回：金鳳大餐廳 × Kowloon Spirits 九龍釀酒 × AVOCA

As part of Avoca’s “Made in Kowloon” series, celebrating the people, stories and craftsmanship that shape Kowloon, Vol. 2 unites two icons from different chapters of Kowloon’s story: Golden Phoenix Restaurant and Kowloon Spirits with Avoca’ locally inspired cocktails.

Established in 1969, Golden Phoenix Restaurant was one of the first steakhouses to bring Western-style steaks to Kowloon, serving generations of Hong Kong diners with its signature sizzling steaks, nostalgic charm and unmistakable local character.

Representing a new chapter of local craftsmanship, Kowloon Spirits is a homegrown distillery pushing the boundaries of Hong Kong-made whisky and spirits through innovative distillation and maturation techniques.

This unique collaboration of Avoca, Golden Phoenix and Kowloon Spirits combines three institutions who have shaped Kowloon with tradition, innovation and creativity, presenting an extraordinary event combining food, drink and lots of fun.

Four brand new Avoca cocktail creations made with locally made Kowloon Spirits whisky and inspired by Golden Phoenix classics, served with a special-edition of Golden Phoenix iron-plate steak.

創立於 1969 年的金鳳大餐廳，承載了數代香港人的集體回憶。這間被譽為「平民扒房」的老字號，是最早將西式牛扒文化帶進九龍的餐廳之一，多年來憑藉招牌港式鐵板牛扒、濃厚人情味與獨特本土特色，成為香港飲食文化不可或缺的一部分。

代表本地烈酒文化新篇章的 Kowloon Spirits 九龍釀酒，致力將本地釀酒推向新高度，以創新蒸餾及熟成技術打造香港製造的威士忌與烈酒，重新定義本地烈酒文化，並將香港獨特風味帶到國際舞台。

這次由 AVOCA、金鳳大餐廳及 Kowloon Spirits 九龍釀酒攜手呈獻的聯乘體驗，匯聚三個以傳統、創新與創意塑造九龍故事的品牌，共同打造一場結合美食、美酒與歡聚時光的精彩盛會。

活動當晚將推出四款全新 AVOCA 特色雞尾酒，以香港製造的 Kowloon Spirits 威士忌及烈酒為基礎，並從金鳳大餐廳經典風味中汲取靈感創作而成；同時更將供應特別版金鳳港式鐵板牛扒，讓賓客透過味蕾重新感受屬於九龍的集體記憶。

A classic with a twist. The 𝗟𝗮𝗽 𝗬𝘂𝗸 𝗢𝗹𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱 has an umami inspired spin and is based on the Chinese cured pork belly.

The Lap Yuk infusion lends the bourbon a deeper complexity and unique richness. A splash of aromatic bitters, joined by notes of cantaloupe in molasses, allows for different layers of flavour and creates the perfect balance. And for the ultimate indulgence, its crowned with a paper-thin sheet of upcycled Bacon Milk Chocolate.

Avoca opens daily from 6:30am-1:00am.

Fresh flavours have arrived at High Spirits Brunch.

We have given our weekend brunch a summer refresh, adding more seafood favourites to our unlimited appetisers alongside a line-up of bright, vibrant cocktails made for the season. It is comfort food with an Asian twist, made for long lunches, good conversations and another round.

Free-flow starts from HK$200 with unlimited signature cocktails inspired by Hong Kong's favourite food and drinks, alongside wines, beers and more.

Live DJs set the soundtrack throughout the afternoon, bringing laid-back energy and good vibes above the city. There's really no reason to rush.

Come hungry, stay for another drink, and make a weekend of it.
