Amis located in Causeway Bay, and its name comes from the French word for "friend". We specializes in French and Japanese fusion dishes, and is managed by a team of experienced chefs. The restaurant combines ingredients from both places and presents a variety of creative dishes in a tasting set.

Try the red sea bream as an appetizer for dinner. The fish is tasty with firm texture . The main dish must be the French pigeon. The delicate texture of the pigeon meat is perfectly blended with the rich aroma of black garlic paste. The black garlic paste brings a slightly sweet flavor, which perfectly match with the pigeon meat and it's amazing. The multi-course meal showcases unique and unforgettable tastes.
