Meet Michele, our Head Chef, and Italian culinary superstar also known as 'Numero Uno' around Elgin! From Maggiore Lake in Italy and with over two decades of experience, he's a true master in the kitchen, creating all the mouth-watering favourites that keep everyone coming back to Acquasala.

Michele's impressive resume includes cooking for the AC Milan team at their training facility in Milanello (!!!) And that's not all - Michele's many secret talents also include cutting his own hair...
