Supposed to be available only from mid November till end of Decemeber, but now made available to you now. Female snow crab caught from Hunkawan, Hokkaido, a combination of sweetness from flesh, strong umami from inner roes, and crispy texture of the outer roes, served slightly warm to fluffiness, with a dash of crab vinegar for new acidic level balance.
