娥姐素粉果,皮夠曬煙韌
蝦餃,餡料十足,啖啖蝦肉,但係個皮邊偏硬,嚴重扣分
四寶雞扎,普通,好耐冇食過雞肉有骨
羊肚菌魚湯鮮竹卷,份量十足,唔會一夾就散,魚湯鮮甜
酥脆鮮蝦腸粉,口感一流,香脆,蝦膠十足

整體唔錯,可以再次幫襯😬😬

今日同大家分享一間門口唔覺有招牌嘅麵店(位於元州街)

海老名🦐

顧名思義呢一間麵店浄係用海老🦐做主題,
分別有三款湯底,有蝦汁醬油沾麵,蝦汁味增沾麵,蝦汁蕃茄沾麵。

而我今次就揀咗蝦汁醬油沾麵,再追加叉燒。

湯同麵係分開上枱,一上枱就已經聞到陣陣好濃郁嘅櫻花蝦香味,湯裏面仲有粒半熟蛋,而叉燒係火炙叉燒,仲有紫菜同米脆俾你加埋上去食,先將湯撈好(櫻花蝦,葱等),然後將適量嘅麵條夾入濃湯,掛湯即食,枱上面仲有D調味料(櫻花蝦醋、山葵LEMON、七咪粉)可以根據個人喜好,而我就覺得加咗山葵LEMON 就幾特別,整體嚟講湯味好濃郁,但不油膩,麵質彈牙,半熟蛋恰到好處,叉燒火炙過係幾好食。食完D麵記得叫店員加D熱清湯,飲埋淡湯鬆人,大滿足😆😆
