Assisting the Head Chef to run the kitchen at one of Hong Kong oldest neighbourhood pubs in the Midlevels.
Overseeing our International family friendly menu and full Weekend Brunch
-Must be willing to work alone with a high degree of self motivation to produce quality dishes.
-Team players with good English language skills required.
-Must have experience with western and international cuisine working across salad, grill, sauté, desserts and brunch cuisine.
-6 days off PM, staff meals, full share of tips
- full training provided.
This position offers CDP's and experienced juniors the opportunity to grow their skills in cuisine, and all round administration and management of a professional kitchen.
