In the world of Whisky, IB doesn't mean International Baccalaureate or some sort of brokers system, IB stands for the Independent Bottlers, who provides an alternative take on whisky, giving us the chance to try a vast range of different and exclusive tastes.

Unlike the OB(Official Bottling), IB is hand-picked by bottlers on the basis of the quality and potential of different distilleries. With only a few hundred bottles produced per cask, IB whiskies are typically very limited in production.

Vitis is bringing you our first IB Whisky Tour on August 20, 2022 (Saturday) as particularized below:

Dear My customers,

Hope you are doing well during the pandemic.

Unfortunately, my work with Nocturne would be ended by the end of this month which we could not beat the knock down this time. The new Japanese Manager is expected to come to Hong Kong sometime in February, and to meet with you all after quarantine is finished, and Bar re-open in town.

I am so thankful and blessed that getting to serve and meet you during the past 8 years. I was really hoping to thank you in person one by one, which became my greatest regret.

今回のロックをうけノックターンとこ契約が今月いっぱいで終了となりました。新しいマネージャーが2月末に来港予定で隔離後3月末からの予定ですが、その間お店の再開は出来ないと見通しこの様な決定となりました。

8年間という長きにわたって可愛がって頂き沢山の楽しい時間を一緒に過ごせた事に感謝しかありません。ありがとうございました😊
