🌿 Last week, our Wyndham Street speakeasy, , became the stage for a momentous Indian collab between Hapusa Himalayan Gin and our contemporary Indian restaurant, 🪷

Watching the Himalayan gin cascade down a massive crystal block into your glass was magical, as we savoured expertly crafted cocktails and artisanal G&Ts - all created by our Beverage Director, Tiziano Tasso. Meanwhile, delicious hot bites courtesy of Chaiwala’s wonderful kitchen team made the affair even more enjoyable.

Distilled in India with foraged Himalayan Juniper and locally sourced botanicals, Hapusa is a gin that is uniquely Indian. It’s our pleasure to share this unique gin with you all, through new Hapusa G&T cocktails, now available daily in Hugger Mugger.
