Italian word linguine means literally "little tongues". Linguine is only one of the types of pasta whose names describes their shapes. Others include spaghetti ("little strings"), fettuccine ("little ribbons"), penne ("little quills"), orzo ("barley"), farfalle ("butterflies"), vermicelli ("little worms"), capellini ("little hairs"), fusilli ("little spindles"), and radiatori ("little radiators").

Did you know...?

Cesare (‘Caesar’) Cardini is the founder if this delicious salad..!!! As Cardini’s daughter, Rosa, famously recounted for decades until her death in 2003, her father invented his namesake dish on 4 July 1924. As legend has it, the restaurant was doing such brisk business on American Independence Day that it was running short on ingredients. On a whim, Cardini improvised a dish using romaine lettuce leaves, raw egg yolk, Parmesan cheese and other leftovers – transforming the odd scraps into a surprisingly delicious meal....!!!

Our chef's version of the salad has...crispy chicken panko, bacon, croutons, ceasar's dressing..!!!! Mmmmm yummy..!!!😀😀🤩🤩

Hello everybody..!! It's been a long time since we see each other..!!! The last heatwave remind me that a nice fullfilling salad should cool you down...!!

We propose a mixture of roma tomatoes, feta cheese panacota, caper, rusk bread, cucumber cubes and of course zakynthian olive oil.

All these wile enjoying our unique view...!!!

Lobster, with its white meat and delicate flavor, needs a light, fresh companion.

Acidity is key in pairing wine with lobster. Think about how great a squeeze of lemon is on fish – a light, crisp wine with great acidity can do the same thing. Sauvignon Blanc can be great in this regard, but so can Chardonnay.

Our chef will put the geat fresh and locally fished lobsters, our maitre will offer a great wine to pair with the lobster...and all these Mythos Restaurant Cocktail Bar . 😀😀

1. The Glass: Serve in a standard wine glass or rocks glass.
2. The Ice: Always use large cubes, never crushed. This is essential for the drink’s slow dilution.
3. The Prosecco: Use a chilled, dry Prosecco to cleanse the palate while snacking with your Spritz.
4. The Soda: Use a high quality soda for your splash.
5. The Pour: Follow the 3-2-1 rule - three parts prosecco, two parts Aperol, and one part soda.
6. The Garnish: Garnish with a slice of orange.
7. The Timing: Serve between 5pm and 7pm.
This is our traditional happy hour, perfect for spritzes and snacking as the sun goes down.
