Το Cumon είναι ένα μουσικό project του Γιάννη Μπίνιου δημιουργημένο με σκοπό να εξερευνήσει και να φέρει στη ζωή ηχοτοπία τα οποία αρνούνται να περιοριστούν στη φαντασία του δημιουργού της διπλανής πόρτας.
Το live act αποτελείται από ένα δυναμικό μείγμα ηλεκτρονικής, progressive -psychedelic rock μουσικής το οποίο παρουσιάζεται από τον ίδιο ως one-man band. Το πρόγραμμα περιλαμβάνει κομμάτια από το πρόσφατο album "Are you still watching?", διασκευές από παλιότερα κομμάτια του project, καθώς και διασκευές από κλασικούς και σύγχρονους καλλιτέχνες του είδους, δημιουργώντας μια ιδιαίτερη μουσική ατμόσφαιρα που παραβιάζει τις συμβάσεις.

Cumon is a music project by John Binios that started with the sole purpose to explore, settle and bring to life soundscapes which refuse to stop playing inside your next-door-creator' s head.
The live act consists of a dynamic blend of electronic, progressive, and psychedelic rock music, presented by John himself as a one-man band. The set includes tracks from the recent album "Are You Still Watching?", reimagined versions of earlier project pieces, as well as covers of classic and contemporary artists of the genre. This unique fusion creates a distinctive musical atmosphere that defies conventions.

Ο Bob Zé, Βραζιλιάνος τραγουδιστής, τραγουδοποιός και πολυοργανίστας, έχει συμμετάσχει σε πολυάριθμα φεστιβάλ στη Βραζιλία και την Ευρώπη κατά τη διάρκεια της μουσικής του πορείας. Το μουσικό του υπόβαθρο επηρεάζεται από τη Bossa Nova, τη Samba, τη MPB (Βραζιλιάνικη Δημοφιλή Μουσική), τη Jazz και τα Blues.

Ζώντας τα τελευταία 7 χρόνια στη Βουδαπέστη, ο Bob Zé προωθεί τη βραζιλιάνικη μουσική πέρα από σύνορα και γεωγραφικούς περιορισμούς.

Την Παρασκευή 29.5 στο Baobab, ο Bob Zé υπόσχεται ένα μουσικό ρεπερτόριο βραζιλιάνικων ήχων που εκτείνεται από το baião έως τη bossa nova!

Bob Zé, a Brazilian singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, has participated in numerous festivals in Brazil and Europe throughout his musical career. His musical background is influenced by Bossa Nova, Samba, MPB, Jazz, and Blues.

Living in Budapest for 7 years, Bob Zé has been promoting Brazilian music beyond borders.

On Friday 29.5 at Baobab, Bob Zé promises a repertoire of Brazilian music ranging from baião to bossa nova!

Marina Liontou Mochament

Dr. Marina Liontou-Mochament is an oud player, composer, educator and artistic researcher. Her performance and research interests span from folk music of Anatolia to early 20th century urban music and contemporary modal music performance and composition. Marina Liontou Mochament was born in Athens (1984). She studied Computer Science in Athens Economic
University and οud in the Department of Folk and Traditional Music in Arta (University of Ioannina). She holds a master’s degree in οud and Performance from Codarts - University for the
Arts (Rotterdam, The Netherlands), which was funded by a full scholarship from Onassis Foundation. In October 2023 she completed her phD studies which resulted in a written dissertation thesis and an artistic research outcome under the title : 'Enhancing inspiration: metric modal improvisation
and compositional tools in contemporary modal music', in the Academy of Performing Arts, Leiden University, Netherlands. From 2013 to 2018 she lived and worked in Istanbul as a performing musician.

There she co-created Sinafi Trio, with whom she recorded the album ‘IHO’ for KALAN label. Sinafi Trio has participated in festivals in Turkey, Greece, Serbia, Italy and
Cyprus and they are currently preparing their second album. She is also a member of the Crossover trio, with Alkis Zopoglou and Yann Keerim, with whom she performs concerts consisting of the
members’ original works. Their last collaboration was with the renowned kaval player, Theodosii Spasov in Belgrade for the Guitar art festival (May 2023) and Sofia for the SoFest 2024.

Μαρίνα Λιόντου Μωχάμεντ

Γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα (1984). Είναι μουσικός και καλλιτεχνική ερευνήτρια. Σπούδασε Επιστήμη Υπολογιστών στο Οικονομικό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών και Λαϊκή και Παραδοσιακή Μουσική στο πρώην ΤΕΙ της Άρτας (νύν Πανεπιστήμιο Ιωαννίνων. Ολοκλήρωσε τις μεταπτυχιακές της σπουδές στο ούτι και την
world music performance Codarts - University for the Arts (Rotterdam, The Netherlands) με πλήρη υποτροφία από το ίδρυμα Ωνάση. Ολοκλήρωσε την διδακτορική της διατριβή με θέμα καλλιτεχνικής έρευνας:'Enhancing inspiration: metric modal improvisation and compositional tools in contemporary
modal music', στην Academy of Performing Arts του Leiden University, Netherlands. Έζησε από το 2013-2018 στην Κωνσταντινούπολη όπου δραστηριοποιήθηκε σαν μουσικός.

Συνδημιούργησε το Sinafi Trio το οποίο ηχογράφησε για την Kalan και εμφανίστηκε για πολλά χρόνια σε διάφορα φεστιβάλ στην Τουρκία και την Ευρώπη. Συνεργάστηκε με τους Alkis Zopoglou και Yann Keerim με τους οποίους εμφανίστηκε ως Crossover Trio σε συναυλίες στην Ελλάδα και τα Βαλκάνια. Ζει προς το παρόν, στην Θεσσαλονίκη και εργάζεται ως μουσικός και εκπαιδευτικός.
