A whisky shaped by sea wind, coal fire and smoke. Dark, deep, almost melancholic… carrying notes of burnt wood, salt and quiet nights beneath Tokyo neon.

Gin, maraschino, fresh lemon and the quiet perfume of crème de violette — a delicate balance of citrus, bittersweet cherry and dark floral notes, glowing with its haunting violet hue beneath dim light.

Cold. Crisp. Mysterious.

From the quiet streets of Kyoto to the glow of our back bar, tonight we open KI NO BI.

A Japanese dry gin layered with yuzu, hinoki, gyokuro tea and the elegance of tradition. Delicate, atmospheric, almost meditative.

Alongside it stand the rest of the KI NO BI collection — Kinotea, Kinesei and more — each carrying a different expression of Japan’s spirit.

Time to recharge, time to find new flavors and time to make some music!
We want to thank you all for the support you showed to what we do and represent at Tesla.
We will see you soon, and we will share more music over drinks and talk through the island nights!
