Η πώληση του Deli & Bar ολοκληρώθηκε επιτέλους και οι νέοι ιδιοκτήτες μπορούν να ξεκινήσουν το έργο τους για την ίδρυση του νέου τους εστιατορίου «ΠΡΕΣΒΕΙΑ». Με ανάμεικτα συναισθήματα φεύγω τώρα από την επιχείρησή μου, αλλά κυρίως με χαρά και ανακούφιση. Πέρασαν 10 χρόνια από τότε που ήρθα στην Πρέβεζα με τη φιλοδοξία μου να ανοίξω ένα εστιατόριο με πιο διεθνή αντίληψη. Ελάχιστοι, αν υπάρχουν, πίστευαν ότι θα πετύχει, αλλά απέδειξα ότι το αδύνατο ήταν δυνατό. Οικονομικά, σίγουρα δεν ήταν καλή συμφωνία, αλλά αυτό το έργο αφορούσε περισσότερο την αίσθηση του να κάνω κάτι εντελώς διαφορετικό στη ζωή μου. Χρειάστηκαν πολλοί οικονομικοί πόροι και σκληρή δουλειά, αλλά τελικά το εστιατόριο καθιερώθηκε, γνωστό και επιτυχημένο. Αυτό είναι που βλέπω ως το μεγαλύτερο κέρδος, έκανα τη διαφορά, αλλά με την ηλικία και τη Σουηδία που λείπει, είναι πλέον καιρός να χαλαρώσω και να απολαύσω τη ζωή περισσότερο από τη δουλειά.

Νέοι ιδιοκτήτες είναι ο Μιχάλης Ρίππης με τη σύζυγό της Μυρσίνη που διευθύνει την Barrio και ο Σωτήρης Μπαρτζώκας που έχει το Ακρωτήρι στον Μύτικα. Η φιλοδοξία είναι να συνεχιστεί η λειτουργία ενός εστιατορίου με μια ευρύτερη ιδέα που έχει ωραία αίσθηση. Θα προσπαθήσω να συνεισφέρω με μερικά πιάτα που μπορούν να επιβιώσουν στο νέο εστιατόριο και ίσως θα έχουμε και κάποια συνεργασία στο μέλλον.

Θα διατηρήσω το brand name και τα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης της Deli & Bar (FB και Instagram) για άλλες δραστηριότητες αρχικά. Έχω κάποια σχέδια να αφήσω τους followers μας να συνεχίσουν να εμπνέονται από το φαγητό με ό,τι αυτό σημαίνει, οπότε μείνετε συντονισμένοι.

Ένα ειλικρινές ευχαριστώ για τον χρόνο που πέρασε και να θυμάσαι, γίνεσαι αυτό που σκέφτεσαι και ό,τι τρως!

The sale of Deli & Bar is now finally completed and the new owners can begin their work of establishing their new restaurant ”ΠΡΕΣΒΕΙΑ”. It is with mixed feelings that I am now leaving my business but it is mostly with joy and relief. 10 years have passed since I came to Preveza with my ambition to open a restaurant with a more international concept. Few, if any, believed it would succeed, but I proved that the impossible was possible. Financially, it has certainly not been a good deal, but this project was more about the feeling of doing something completely different in my life. It took a lot of financial resources and hard work, but in the end, the restaurant was established, well-known and successful. That is what I see as the biggest gain, I made a difference, but with age and missing Sweden it is now time for me to unwind and enjoy life more than only working.

The new owners are Mihalis Rippis with wife Mirsini who runs Barrio and Sotiris Bartzokas who has Akrotiri in Mytikas. The ambition is to continue running a restaurant with a broader concept which feels good. I will try to contribute with a couple of dishes that can live on in the new restaurant and we will also might have some cooperation in the future.

I will keep Deli & Bar’s brand name and social media (FB and Instagram) for other activities initially. I have some plans to let our followers continue to be inspired by food with all that it means so stay tuned.

After a long and careful consideration, I have now decided to sell Deli & Bar. It has not been an easy decision, but it is time now. 10 years have soon passed and due to my helth and age I need a more balanced life. Deli & Bar is now established, recognised and a well known spot in Preveza and are especially suitable to be run as a restarant / bar.

Deli will be kept open until I have found a buyer and that might take some time. Until then I plan to keep it open on a 6 month basis (January – March and July – September) spending half of the time in Sweden. This year will be an exception planing to be closed mid May – June.

I would appreciate if as many as possible could share this post and spread the word to others that might be interested!

Μετά από μια μακρά και προσεκτική σκέψη, αποφάσισα τώρα να πουλήσω το Deli & Bar. Δεν ήταν μια εύκολη απόφαση, αλλά ήρθε η ώρα τώρα. Πέρασαν σύντομα 10 χρόνια και λόγω της υγείας και της ηλικίας μου χρειάζομαι μια πιο ισορροπημένη ζωή. Το Deli & Bar είναι πλέον καθιερωμένο, αναγνωρισμένο και γνωστό σημείο στην Πρέβεζα και είναι ιδιαίτερα κατάλληλο να λειτουργήσει ως εστιατόριο / μπαρ.

Το Deli θα παραμείνει ανοιχτό μέχρι να βρω έναν αγοραστή και αυτό μπορεί να πάρει κάποιο χρόνο. Μέχρι τότε σκοπεύω να το κρατήσω ανοιχτό σε 6μηνη βάση (Ιανουάριος – Μάρτιος και Ιούλιος – Σεπτέμβριος) περνώντας τον μισό χρόνο στη Σουηδία. Φέτος θα είναι μια εξαίρεση προγραμματίζοντας να είναι κλειστό μέσα Μαΐου – Ιουνίου.

Θα εκτιμούσα αν όσο το δυνατόν περισσότεροι μπορούσαν να μοιραστούν αυτήν την ανάρτηση και να το διαδώσουν σε άλλους που μπορεί να ενδιαφέρονται!
