Tonight's dinner, Rib eye steak with grilled vegetables and mushroom sauce. The rib eye is a very well marbled steak cut, packed full of juice and flavor- some say the tastiest steak cut available. Paired with Alexandra from Manousakis Winery-Nostos Wines winery (syrah, grenache & mouvedre) medium tannins, nose full of warm spices, some fruits and oak- its complex, sultry aromas are a perfect companion to the equally bold rib eye steak.

Ribs. Obviously, we couldn't wait until we took the photo to start eating. Its just soooo good. Featuring a whole rack of pork ribs with our highly delicious secret Redwood BBQ sauce.

If you're looking for a good wine to match, try Paraga by Kit Yiannis. Although BBQ Spareribs seem straightforward, they're actually full of delicate flavors and complex aromas, from smoke, to fruits, to meat etc. Paranga is a light red wine, high in acidity, low in tannins with lovely aromas of fresh red berries, dark cherries and spices. It complements the food aromatically with 50%merlot, 25% syrah and contrasts the sweet BBQ sauce with acidic Xinomavro 25%. Enjoy!!
