Dear Friends of O'Connell's,
OC has been your local purveyor of fine food and beverage since January 2009 and over these past 14 years and (the more recent Covid periods excepted) we have all enjoyed the many happy occasions and the 'Steki' of OC.
Your hosts, Jim and Katie, have reached a point in time where we will retire from this particular field of activity which would be better run and operated by younger blood with new energies, ideas and gusto.
Unfortunately, such interest has not been forthcoming and it is with much sadness that we have to say our final Sláinte and Oíche mhaith at the end of June.
Our final day of operation is Friday 1st July 2022, where the doors will close on what has been a very exciting chapter in our lives.
That having been said, we would be very happy to chat with anyone who might be interested in continuing the OC legacy.
Both Katie and I take this opportunity to thank everyone for your patron over the years and most importantly for the many memories and friendships that both we and all of you have found and developed at and from OC.
