Ένα κομμάτι τόσο ζωντανό, που σχεδόν μυρίζεις τη θάλασσα πριν καν το δοκιμάσεις. Αν θες να το πας ένα βήμα παραπέρα, δοκίμασέ το ταρτάρ — λίγος χυμός lime, λίγη κάππαρη, λίγο φρέσκο κρεμμύδι, και θα με θυμηθείς.
