Με αγάπη για το κρασί, δημιουργήσαμε με προσοχή σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια ένα χώρο που τιμά και αναδεικνύει ότι καλύτερο έχει να προσφέρει η ελληνική φύση.
Ζωογόνο οίνο από τα πιο αξιόλογα δείγματα του ελληνικού αμπελώνα και ανόθευτες γεύσεις ιδανικά ταιριασμένες για να αναδεικνύουν τα χαρακτηριστικά της κάθε γουλιάς.
Ξεκινώντας από τον κυκλαδίτικο αμπελώνα και περιδιαβαίνοντας όλη την Ελλάδα, α

νακαλύπτουμε και σας προτείνουμε μερικούς από τους πιο αξιόλογους μικρούς, Έλληνες παραγωγούς για να γεμίσουν με τις δημιουργίες τους τα ποτήρια σας.
Δίνουμε έμφαση στις γηγενείς ποικιλίες, χωρίς να αποκλείουμε τα καλύτερα δείγματα ενσωμάτωσης των διεθνών ποικιλιών στον ελληνικό αμπελώνα.
Μαζί με το κρασί που θα επιλέξετε, σας προτείνουμε ένα συνδυασμό γεύσεων, οι οποίες θα κορυφώσουν τη εμπειρία και θα σας κάνουν να συμφωνήσετε απόλυτα πως όταν βρισκόμαστε στην Ελλάδα, αξίζει να γευτούμε την Ελλάδα .
Όπως και με τα κρασιά που σας προτείνουμε, έτσι και για τα συνοδευτικά εδέσματα τηρούμε τις ίδιες αρχές: Αναζητούμε τα προϊόντα αυτά που έχουν φτιαχτεί από αγνές πρώτες ύλες της ελληνικής φύσης και εμπεριέχουν το μεράκι, τη γνώση και τις ιδιαίτερες γευστικές αποχρώσεις του τόπου τους και του παραγωγού τους.

❄️ Tonight we are tasting a bouquet of honey & citrus fruits ! Delightful in one word 💐

This EISWEIN shows sweet, rich peach fruit with a fine apple palate & some lemon notes. A fine sweetness on the finish rewards with an intense note of fruity grapes.
No Botritis, no overwhelming sweetness, good acidity

According to German law, only grapes that are being picked at -7 °C or colder can be qualified for Ice Wine making.
The increasingly warm weather has posted a great challenge on productivity of Ice Wine in recent years.
Plus, the amount of grapes for Ice Wine making is much more than normal wine making.
Thus, every drop of this hand-made Ice Wine is truly precious.

🔥 We have the best way to keep you warm, tonight we are drinking Schist 🍷Syrah from Mullineux winery!

🍇Grapes are sourced from a single parcel of 17 year old vines planted in the stony Shale & Schist soils of Roundstone Farm on the Kasteelberg.

On the nose there are notes of black pepper, black fruit & spices.
The palate is full-bodied with a meaty, savoury character, plenty silky tannins giving structure and a balancing natural acidity.
The finish is fresh, long & supple.

Full saturated ruby. Brooding profound aromas of black cherry🍒, black raspberry & smoked meat.
Boasts remarkably intense & penetrating flavors!
Has the superb density of material to buffer it’s powerful acids & tannins.
This very backward wine 🍷 already shows a harmony of components & grip of steel.
The finish features palate-drenching tannins & great lively length.

💯The perfect wine for an evening with dear friends

🍷Opus One 2013

🍇A blend of 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc, 6% Merlot, and the rest Petit Verdot and Malbec, is a beauty.

Velvety textured, without a had edge to be found, notes of crème de cassis, blueberry, subtle wood and floral notes gently rise from the wine’s dense purple color.
Beautifully full-bodied and extraordinarily elegant and pure, this is certainly one of their great achievements over the last 37 years. The wine has an exquisite finish and can be drunk now or cellared for 25-30 years.
