I did about two years of piano lessons from 8 to 1030 years ago so now I turned 40. I figured let me conquer something. I never mastered and I started learning again violin with the goal to play at the bar this summer with one of our artists as a duet. I’m very excited and enjoying this. It’s only been about an hour of practice so far I have a long way to go hopefully you’ll see me play at PK this summer.

I decided to start a quick renovation of the middle bar and get all our painting done this week so we will be closed until Friday the boys are coming down so I’ve got help and it’s better now than later on in the summer like I always leave things to last minute so apologies for any inconvenience. Will be back with you soon. Keep an eye out for the daily update.

A little update of what I’ve been up to today on New Ice bar station and bottle chiller is almost finished getting to the last stages as is he’s almost done painting the chairs getting ready for a beautiful summer

It’s crazy strong wind today boats and planes were cancelled and it’s proper heavy wet wind so sorry everyone I’m not opening today however it gives me plenty of time to do much needed jobs around the Bar and staff accommodation tomorrow the weather should be much better. Look forward to seeing you then.
