Από το 2013 κρατάει την πιο δροσερή συντροφιά στα καλοκαίρια µας! Σε αυτό απάγκιο, στην παραλία της Αγίας Μαρίνας, πιάνουµε θέση από το πρωί στις αναπαυτικές ξαπλώστρες (προσφέρονται δωρεάν) και απολαµβάνουµε ατέλειωτες βουτιές στα πεντακάθαρα νερά της (είναι βραβευµένη µε Γαλάζια Σηµαία). Τα πλούσια πρωινά, τα σνακ, οι καφέδες, οι φρέσκοι χυµοί έχουν την τιµητική τους,
ενώ από το µεσηµέρι και µετά τη σκυτάλη παίρνει το µενού µεσογειακής δηµιουργικής κουζίνας µε κρητικές πινελιές, που επιµελείται ο σεφ Λεωνίδας Τερεζάκης (µε 10ετή θητεία στο πλευρό του διακεκριµένου Γιάννη Τζελέπη), ενώ τη διεύθυνση του εστιατορίου έχει αναλάβει ο γνωστός στο χώρο Γιάννης Τερεζάκης. Σε ένα περιβάλλον απέριττης πολυτέλειας πιάτα όπως το µιλφέιγ ψαριού ή τα χτένια Saint Jacques ανήκουν σίγουρα στα must taste. Eξίσου «καλοδιαβασµένη» η λίστα µε ετικέτες από ελληνικούς αµπελώνες και χώρες του Νέου Κόσµου, αλλά και µπύρες µικρών ζυθοποιείων. Το βράδυ τα φώτα χαµηλώνουν και οι lounge µουσικές δηµιουργούν την ιδανική ατµόσφαιρα στο µπαρ για να δοκιµάσουµε ένα από τα 80 κλασικά και house cocktails µε την άκρως εντυπωσιακή παρουσίαση! In this lounge hideaway, at the beach of Aghia Marina, we can lie on a comfortable lounger in the morning (they are offered for free) and enjoy endless dips in the crystal-clear water (the beach has been awarded the Blue Flag). The plentiful breakfasts, snacks, coffees and fresh juices are at peak demand, whereas at noon the menu of Mediterranean creative kitchen with touches from Crete takes over, bearing the signature of chef Leonidas Terezakis (with a stint by the side of the distinguished Giannis Tzelepis), while the restaurant is managed by Giannis Terezakis. In an environment of minimalist splendor, dishes like the fish millefeuille or the Coquilles Saint Jacques are definitely a must-taste. There is also a refined wine list, entailing labels from Greek vineyards and New World countries, as well as beer by small breweries. At night the lights are dimmed and the lounge music creates the ideal atmosphere at the bar in order to try one of the 80 classic and house cocktails with an impressive presentation!
