On Kathara Deftera (Clean Monday), Greeks mark the beginning of Great Lent a day of renewal,
reflection, and tradition.
It is celebrated with outdoor gatherings, kite flying, and a special fasting table featuring lagana bread, seafood, olives, tahini, and other plant-based delicacies.

From our terrace, with the Acropolis in full view, we wish you a Lent filled with light, balance, and meaningful moments.

🔴A for Athens touched down in Hong Kong for a guest shift at at Four Seasons Hong Kong, as part of the international guest series “ARGO Mega Friends – Athens Takeover.”

our beloved bar manager stepped behind the bar to share a slice of our Greek hospitality and flavours from our themed menu “Heart vs Mind”🍸

Each venue presented three original cocktails,
with A for Athens presenting “Fear”, “Dare”, and our take on a classic, the Strawberry Negroni.

Being chosen to take part in this Athens Takeover was a genuine privilege, and an opportunity we value deeply,representing Athens within one of Asia’s most respected bar programs.

The night was full of Greek energy, curated Greek music, and a room full of people, created a night that connected Athens and Hong Kong through drinks and hospitality.

Our thanks to the team at ARGO Bar for the invitation and the generosity.
