Rich in textures such as the crunchy barley rusk, the juicy tomato and the soft myzithra cheese as well as full in flavors, with olives, capers and greek oregano, what's not to like? Olive oil is dressing this well balanced and nutritious dish that can be served either as an appetizer or as a light meal.

Vassilopita is a cake or pie made for New Year's day in Greece. It contains a hidden coin or trinket, called flouri, which gives good luck to the receiver. This year the lucky coin of our Vassilopita was found in OLOLOlala's piece! ❤️ We are so happy that the year starts with the best of luck for our project!
