HOMO ET NATURA VERE — our new spring menu is here.

Spring is a season of change, and this menu captures both how we experience it and how nature itself transforms.

Split into two sections, it tells a story:

HOMO – the way humans perceive spring, what it inspires in us, how we celebrate its arrival.

NATURA – the raw, natural shifts of the season, from the first blossoms to the warming earth and flowing rivers.

And this is just the beginning. More drinks to come. Spring is in the glass—come taste it.

Our friend dj Chin will play a long vynil set in support of people of Ukraine, we collect donations from you, dears, add some more from us on top of that and transfer to our Ukrainian friends in Tbilisi who are collecting and sending Humanitarian Aid to Ukraine.
