Chef Patrick Nguyen arrives at DADI for a French-Vietnamese pop-up unlike anything we’ve done before. Born from Vietnamese roots, trained at the Michelin-starred Les Apothicaires in Lyon, he composes his dishes the way a perfumer builds a fragrance — layering herbs, spices, and flowers into plates that taste like travel.

His menu bridges two worlds: French technique, Vietnamese soul, and natural wines chosen by us to match every course.

Wine tastings you can get at DADI wine bar. Two options are available:

• Wine flight board - you choose between 3 tasting glasses of white, red or rose wines with small appetizers. It costs 40 gel.

• Wine tasting - 5 tasting glasses of white and red wines from different regions of Georgia with introduction into Georgian wine, some cheese and bread is included. It costs 65 gel per person.

We are doing wine tastings everyday until 5pm, we appreciate if you book wine tastings in advance.

We’re pouring 5 wines from Bodega F. Schatz , a family-owned gem nestled in the breathtaking Serranía de Ronda, Malaga.

Their three-hectare estate, Finca Sanguijuela, is farmed organically and biodynamically — no added sulfites, just pure expression of the land.

Lemberger, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Chardonnay, Moscatel Negro and more - nine grape varieties, one extraordinary terroir.
