If you sell a vacant property, you must find a buyer specifically interested in your property. But if you sell a rented property, any investor looking for rental income will come to you. This means your potential buyers could be from anywhere in the world. Imagine how much this increases your chances of selling!

If you sell an empty property, the price is set by comparable listings in the market. But if you sell a rented property, its price is determined by the rental income percentage.
