კომპანია 2015 წელს დაარსდა, თუმცა რაჭული მეღვინეობის ისტორია 1870-იანი წლებიდან იწყება, როდესაც ადგილობრივმა დიდებულებმა კონსტანტინე და ქაიხოსრო ყიფიანებმა ალექსანდროულის ყურძნიდან ლეგენდარული ყიფიანის ღვინის წარმოება დაიწყეს. წლების განმავლობაში ტექნოლოგიის სრულყოფის შემდეგ ყიფიანის ღვინო გაფართოვდა საერთაშორისო ბაზარზე 1897 წელს და მოიპოვა გრან-პრი ღვინის საერთაშორისო გამოფენაზე ოსტენდში, ბელგია 1907 წელს.

ძელშავი საფერავი- როიალ ხვანჭკარას ეს წითელი მშრალი ღვინო დამზადებულია ძელშავისა და საფერავის ჯიშის ყურძნებისგან. სასმელი გამოირჩევა ლალისფერი შეფერილობითა და ძოწისფერი ელფერით, არომატში კი მკეთრად არის გამოხატული ალუბლის, მოცვისა და კენკრის ელემენტები. გემო მშრალია, რბილი ტანინებითა და დაბალანსებული მჟავიანობით.

The company Royal khvanchkara was founded in 2015, although the history of Rachian winemaking dates back to the 1870s when local nobles Konstantine and Kaikhosro Kipiani started producing legendary Kipiani Wine from Aleksandrouli grapes. After years of perfecting the technology Kipiani wine expanded into the international market in 1897 and won the Grand Prix at an international wine exhibition in Ostend, Belgium in 1907. Experts have even compared Kipiani Wine with Burgundy wines for its velvet and tender taste.

Khvanchkara - This Khvanchkara is not only different to pronounce than what we are used to, it could have used a few more vowels so to speak. But nothing is missing from the wine itself, a beautiful wine to drink with dessert after dinner! A nice sweet wine with flavor combinations that we do not expect from a sweet red wine.

-ის ისტორიის წერა ბრენდის დამაარსებლის, დავით ჩაჩანიძის, დიდმა ბაბუამ, სოლომონ ლეჟავამ დაიწყო. მისი მეღვინეობა შვილმა, გულდა ჩაჩანიძემ, შემდეგ კი მისმა შვილიშვილმა გააგრძელეს და ასე შეიქმნა „სოლომონე“ ახალი ღვინო, რომელიც ღვინის მოყვარულთათვისაა განკუთვნილი და ახლა უკვე ბოთლში ჩამოსხმულიც შეგიძლიათ, დააგემოვნოთ.

ძელშავი არის მუქი ბროწეულისფერი, კარგად გამოკვეთილი ველური კენკრის არონატებით ასევე მწიფე ალუბალი, ცინცხალი ხილის არომატები და მსუბუქად შავი შოკოლადის არომატი, პალეტზე მეორდება ეს ყოველივე, არის დაბალანსებული, საშუალოზე მაღალი მჟავიანობა, ხავერდოვანი ტანინებით

“Solomone" is a new wine for good wine lovers, which you can already taste bottled. Not to forget the historical facts 1970s co-founder of Solomone’s father, Gulda Chachanidze, decided to revive the grandfather settlement. He started building a new house in the Solomone area; In the process of laying the foundation, he discovered 4 pitchers, the origin of which no one knew, but according to ancient ancestors, it turns out that these pitchers belonged to Solomon's ancestors, so each of them must be counted several centuries. Of the 4 pitchers found, only 2 pitchers survived.
Today these centuries-old pitchers are placed in my cellar, not as a sketch, but as a functional pitcher in which wine is unusually stored. All of the above led to the fact that "Solomone" should have been a leading figure in the selection of the name of the wine, because it was Solomon's case that would continue.

Solomone, Dzelshavi- Deep ruby color wine in an intense aromas it feels – ripe cornelian cherry, raspberry, red wild plum, cinnamon, roasted coffee beans. In palate it tastes great with enjoyable Medium acidity and tannins. Light body and long smooth finish is expressed from variety of Dzelshavi. In palate dominants aromas of – wild berries and cornelian cherry with hint of earthy notes. Wine can be aged in the bottle next 5-6 years.
