საამური სამზარეულოს პირველ რეზიდენტს ეძებს 💥💥💥
სექტემბერი–ნოემბრის პერიოდისთვის ვეძებთ ადამიანს, გუნდს ან კვების პროექტს, რომელიც სამი თვით ჩვენს ახალ სამზარეულოს გადაიბარებს და საკუთარ 5–7 კერძიან მენიუს შემოგვთავაზებს
სამზარეულოს სივრცე — 3.5 მ²
სექტემბრიდან საამურის სამუშაო საათებიც იცვლება, ამიტომ ვეძებთ მარტივ და მოქნილ მენიუს, რომელიც შუადღიდან საღამომდე კარგად იმუშავებს.
კონკრეტული სამზარეულო ან მიმართულება არ გვაქვს განსაზღვრული — გვაინტერესებს კარგი საჭმელი, საინტერესო იდეა და კონცეფცია, რომელიც საამურს მოერგება.

SAAMURI is looking for its first Kitchen Resident. 🍽️
For September–November, we’re looking for a person, team or food project to take over our new kitchen for three months and bring their own 5–7 dish menu to the space.
The kitchen is 3.5 m².
From September, SAAMURI will also have new opening hours, so we’re looking for a simple and flexible menu that works well from midday through the evening.
We don’t have a particular cuisine or direction in mind — we’re interested in good food, an interesting idea and a concept that feels right for SAAMURI.
