Discover Spain... JUNE IN JEREZ! 🇪🇸

Forget everything you think you know about sherry because this month we're taking you to Jerez with one of our favourite drinks... Tío Pepe Fino En Rama

Fresh, bone dry, vibrant and bottled with minimal filtration, Fino En Rama is sherry at its most authentic and as close as you'll get to tasting it straight from the barrel in Jerez.

Each spring we eagerly await the arrival of this limited seasonal release that captures the pure freshness, savoury character and salty tang that make great sherry one of the world's most food-friendly wines.

Served chilled, it's the perfect partner for tapas, from Jamón Ibérico and anchovies to fried seafood. It even works brilliantly with sushi and fish & chips (one of Rob's favourites!)

This month as part of our Discover Spain series, we're celebrating Jerez and Tío Pepe Fino En Rama across all restaurants. Join us for a glass, a flight or discover why this remarkable wine has become such an important part of our story.

Our Discover Spain series took us to the vibrant streets of Barcelona 🌆 From Catalan culture to iconic dishes, we’ve loved sharing a taste of the city with you.

Rioja Night is Back!🍷

This September we're heading back to Spain's most iconic wine regions; La Rioja!🍇

We'll be serving a specially created five-course tasting menu inspired by the region, paired with a fantastic selection of Rioja Wines. This year, we're excited to be joined by Bodegas Navajas, a family winery with a longstanding heritage of excellence within Rioja Alta’s wine industry.

You may recognise some of their wines from our wine list, we'll be sharing a fresh line-up of their five standout wines, from timeless Crianzas to bold modern expressions. And each expertly paired with a seasonal dish inspired by La rioja and created by our Executive Chef, Johnny Cliff.

Tickets weren't around for very long last time... In fact, they fully sold out in all our restaurants. So if you fancy joining us, be quick...
