If you haven't dined with us at Tabanco before, here's our simple guide on how to have the most delicious visit!

We'd recommend starting off with some nibbles and a glass of sherry. After all, sherry is our area of expertise, so of course we have a fantastic selection for you to choose from.

We always recommend ordering around 3-4 tapas dishes per person. This month we have our Extremadura specials on which we think you'll love!🐖

To finish off your meal, try one of our desserts (maybe alongside another glass of sherry😉)

Our Chefs have cooked up a new favourite but...

it's only around until the end of October😱

We're heading to Extremadura on our Discover Spain adventures this month. And Ibérico pork is famous throughout the region here.

So naturally, our special features just that 😏

Beautifully tender pig cheek braised in oloroso sherry with figs, served on confit garlic mash. It's rich, comforting and exactly the kind of food we want to be eating as autumn sets in.

Our October specials have made it to your table... and this month we're heading to Extremadura 🇪🇸

Our chefs have taken inspiration from one of the region's most celebrated ingredients, Ibérico pork, to create Oloroso-braised pig cheek with confit garlic mash & fig.

Slow-cooked until beautifully tender, rich and comforting, it's exactly what we want to be eating as autumn sets in.

And we couldn’t shine a spotlight on Extremadura without showcasing Ibérico pork in one of its most celebrated forms. So you'll also find Jamón Ibérico de Bellota on the menu alongside a selection of Extremaduran wines throughout the month. 🍷
