**MEET THE TEAM** - If you're new around here then this is Ben but he's been part of team Crooked for longer than most having joined back in 2022....by day he flits floors for but by night hes a bartending wizard.....inbetween pints and floors he loves Leeds United football club.....thai food and eating 8-10 steady meals a day......first to crack a joke we Re just waiting for them to be funny......and Ben knows the first rule of bartending is never turn down a free drink....so he'll snap your hand off if you offer to keep@him@hydrated in the sunshine from now until 10pm tonight!

Dont let the mullet have you believe he's one of those arrigant over the top Aussies....he's one of the good guys like Crocodile Dindee or Steve Irwin....but instead of rescuing wildlife he's here to rescue .......and so far so good! He's already bagged a fivefer with the ball and a ton with the bat and was dubbed Sunday the'saviour of Acomb'......away from the crease he's Australias smallest flanker - you read that right......welcome to the team Charlie!

**THIS WEEK** - Another bank holiday week takes centre stage and we're hoping you and the sunshine can join us this week.....

Tuesday night its our run club from 7pm.....it's a choice of 5 or 7.5km around Acomb and an all improtant rehydrational pint post run with us!

Thursday night our cooking class is once again fully booked as this month they explore all things pickled! Then they return on Friday night to prepare food for you from 6pm

It's a double header of music as we welcome on Saturday night before we keep the weekend going Sunday with fresh band 'The Wolds End' from 8pm!

We also launch freshest beer this weekend as 'Operation Mayfly' joins us on Cask!

And the weeks got to start somewhere so how about 5pm with Jimmy - see you at the bar!

**TODAY** - There's a British staple feast ahead today and we are showing it all on our screens with the sound up.....first of all at 3pm it's the FA cup final - the 145th of the competitions history.....then it's on to as Europe put their best/strangest acts forward and inevitably offer Great Britain no points....again it's live on our two screens from 8pm! And thats not all...... returns but he's tasty food is bigger than europe.....Mr Worldwide is bringing Gyros from Greece, Phillys cheesesteak from the US and Birra tacos from Mexico from 5pm......and serving up a tasty cold one its .cole14 if you can remember him!
