Founded in 2010, DV8 quickly established itself as one of the UK’s top alternative festivals making use of music and arts venues across the beautiful historic City of York. Over 4 festivals we put on over 150 different artists including
Gary Numan, Wilko Johnson, Public Service Broadcasting, EMF, Terrorvision, The Psychedelic Furs and Utah Saints

In 2014 the festival organiser Chris Sherrington -

Secured his own live music venue in York, the Fulford Arms to continue the work started though DV8Fest.
