All of our meat is supplied by R&J Yorkshire’s Finest Farmers & Butchers

, a family-run farm and butcher based in Nidderdale since the 1850s. Working with farmers across the Yorkshire Dales, Moors and Vales, they raise grass-fed and free-range livestock using low and slow farming methods, alongside contemporary hanging and curing techniques that enhance depth of flavour and tenderness. We partner only with suppliers who share our commitment to quality. Every dish is crafted by our team of passionate chefs to deliver a memorable dining experience in an elegant yet cosy setting. By dining with us, you become part of an independent York restaurant’s story, rooted firmly in Yorkshire produce. For the comfort of all guests, we do not offer a children’s menu and welcome guests aged 10+ after 7:30pm.
