Our new Summer Menu launched on Friday, and what a weekend it’s been! Thank you so much to everyone who joined us and shared such wonderful feedback 🫶

To give you a little taste of what’s on offer, here’s one of our stunning new starters from the à la carte menu: Pan Fried Scallops with cauliflower purée, wilted spinach, pomegranate and sesame cracker. Beautiful to look at, even better to eat.

The rhubarb season continues here at The F&H, and our chefs have been busy in the kitchen making the most of our very own homegrown crop 🌿

This week’s creation? A stunning Rhubarb Ripple Cheesecake, served with Stem Ginger Ice Cream.
