Poppleton Beer Festival Poppleton Beer Festival has been running since 2011. It aims to raise funds for the Poppleton Junior Football Club (PJFC).

2026 - 12-13 June, fabulous community beer festival. 66 different beers (55 cask, 11 keg), loads of live bands Friday evening and all day Saturday, ciders, wine, Pimm’s & Prosecco tent, wood fired pizzas, pies, street food and fish & chips, don’t miss it! PJFC is a subsidiary of Poppleton Community Trust (a registered charity, No.523984).

Tickets are flying out, and we're busy getting everything ready for a fantastic weekend!

A few quick reminders:

⏰ 4-11pm Friday 12 June & 12-11pm Saturday 13 June
🪑 Feel free to bring a chair or picnic blanket
🧴 Pack some sun cream (we’re optimistic! 😎)
🧥 And something warm for later in the evening

Saturday is a great day for families, with:

🧗 Climbing wall
🏰 Inflatables
🛝 Climbing tunnel
⚽ Football darts
🌳 A hectare of grass for running around and playing footy
🍭 Sweets, cakes & pop!

Meanwhile, the adults can enjoy top-quality beers (66 different ones to choose from…), ciders, gin, Pimm’s, Prosecco, great choice of food and top bands on Friday night and all day Saturday 🍺🎸

🥧 Our Markets for June 🥧

This is where you’ll find us throughout June with all your favourite pies and some new ones.

Just a couple of changes to our usual schedule this month:

❌ Unfortunately, we won’t be at Acomb Flourish & Feast on Saturday 13th June.

✅ We will be at Acomb on Saturday 20th June as usual, so make sure to come and see us there.

🍺 We’re also excited to be serving our hot pies at Poppleton Beer Festival on Friday 12th June – the perfect pairing with a pint.

Woohoo, it’s the weekend, and just 2 weeks to go until the Beer Fest 🍻☀️

It’s been a busy few months behind the scenes, but next week things really ramp up as we erect the marquees, and build the stage and bars ready for our big 2-day party!

Our lovely volunteers will be serving perfectly-conditioned beers from Thornbridge, Vocation, Siren, Oakham, Titanic, Brew York, New Bristol, Trig, Bini, Timothy Taylor’s, Pentrich, Turning Point, Marble, Red Willow, Roosters, and loads more top breweries besides.

And a further 11 keg beers for a fiver a pint including lager, pilsner, sour, NEIPA and stout.
