📍 Slovenia

✨ Densely structured orange wine with a silky texture, extended skin fermentation, and a fascinating aromatic play of apricot, peach, orange peel, and delicate spice.
Creamy with a little grip, this wine has a brilliantly long finish ✨

The brothers (seen on the label) Aleksander and Patrik, work the 49 year old family vineyard sustainably and make low intervention wines.

🧀 Manchego cured with Rose Champagne 🧀
Served on all of our boards over the weekend!

Perfectly paired with the beautiful Emiliana organic Amaluna sparkling Rose 🥂

📍 Valle de Casablanca- Chile
🍇 Pinot Noir 68%, Chardonnay 32%

This fantastic wine has top notes of peach and nectarine jump from the glass in this lovely, salmon-pink rosé sparkling wine. Lots of tension, with lovely cranberry and raspberry flavours in the mouth combined with attractive notes of butter, cream and vanilla. 🌸

Friday & Saturday:
